Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly meticulous, trustworthy professionals for the role of Health & Wellness Customer Care Coordinator. • Compassionate Intake: Warmly answer inbound calls from patients, assisting them with scheduling clinic appointments, verifying operating hours, and explaining basic service pricing with immense patience.
