Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAudits the daily guest ledger\nHandles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax\nEnsures accuracy of all charges to guest folios\nAverages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room and other departments\nActs as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues\nMake cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures\nOrganize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for their shift\nMonitors hotel security camera system\nEnsures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume\nWork nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nAny other duties as assigned\n• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role\nKnowledge of PMS\nHigh School Diploma/GED\n• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nAbility to multi-task\nAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing\nTeam player\nAbility to exceed expectations of guests\nBasic accounting/math skills\n• *The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
